The LEAD Life Design Lab is an innovative skills development and personal growth initiative aimed at equipping students with essential life and career skills. Through workshops, coaching, and hands-on activities, students learn to design their lives and careers with purpose, gain self-awareness, and build the skills necessary to thrive in the modern job market.

The LEAD Life Design Lab is open to all students of Addis Ababa University who are interested in personal development, career readiness, and gaining practical life skills. Priority may be given to students in their final years or those registered in the LEAD Program.

The main objectives of the LEAD Life Design Lab include:
